Personale motlo.disponibile e super soddisfatta del rimborso, a settembre mia figlia aveva il volo Bologna monaco Boston, partito in ritardo il Bologna monaco per cui ha perso la coincidenza ed è rimasta da sola a Monaco, ok che le hanno fornito un hotel ma ha perso un giorno di lavoro, fortunatamente il.giirno dopo sono riusciti ad imbarcarla.
Per questo disagio l'associazione PASSEGGERO AL SICURO è riuscita ad ottenere il rimborso di 600 euro .
Grazie a tutti, del lavoro che svolgete, non posso che fare una buonissima pubblicità a tutti i miei amici viaggiatori.

Coming from Glascow to Rome with a stopover in Frankfurt (huge and very busy airport) I missed the connection for Rome (the two gates were a few kilometers away from each other). Lufthansa refused us any support. Through "Passeggero al Sicurezza", in court, we obtained reimbursement of expenses and an indemnity of €800.00. Precise, timely, informed, reliable! VERY GOOD!
