Very helpful staff and super satisfied with the refund, in September my daughter had a flight from Bologna Monaco to Boston, which left Bologna Monaco late so she missed the connection and was left alone in Monaco, ok they provided her with a hotel but she had lost a day of work, fortunately the next day they managed to board it. Due to this inconvenience, the SAFE PASSENGER association managed to obtain a refund of 600 euros. Thank you all for the work you do, I can only say a very good advertising to all my traveler friends.

Coming from Glascow to Rome with a stopover in Frankfurt (huge and very busy airport) I missed the connection for Rome (the two gates were a few kilometers away from each other). Lufthansa refused us any support. Through "Passeggero al Sicurezza", in court, we obtained reimbursement of expenses and an indemnity of €800.00. Precise, timely, informed, reliable! VERY GOOD!
